An Evening of Inner Freedom: All Here with Brahma Kumaris in Paris.
All Here Meditation Institute recently joined the esteemed Sister Jayanti and Brahma Kumaris France in Paris to celebrate the second annual United Nations-recognized World Meditation Day—an evening dedicated to exploring inner calm and human potential.
Beautifully hosted by Brahma Kumaris France, the evening, “Rencontre avec Sister Jayanti – Liberté intérieure, le cadeau de la méditation,” brought together a large audience of meditation practitioners to honour contemplative practice and reflect on the theme of inner freedom.
Meditation Through the Neuroscience Lens
Prof. Christoph Michel, Chief Neuroscientific Director at All Here, opened the programme with La Méditation et la Science—sharing how neuroscientific research reveals meditation’s transformative potential.
Sister Jayanti, Brahma Kumaris global leader, inspired attendees with her reflections on meditation’s evolving role in modern life. She encouraged participants to see meditation not just as a practice, but as a bridge connecting science, technology, and the timeless quest for inner peace.
Attendees also experienced guided meditation sessions led by Sister Jayanti and other Brahma Kumaris meditation guides, creating a tangible sense of calm, clarity, and shared connection.
A Collaborative Celebration
The evening was further enriched by contributions from BFM Business anchor Audrey Tcherkoff, award-winning journalist Eric Le Reste, and acclaimed jazz artist Denzal Sinclaire. Their perspectives, alongside the musical interludes, wove a multidimensional experience blending ancient wisdom, science, and music.
Our All Here team—including Monika Stasytyte, Rodrigo Elizalde, and Loup Vuarnesson—engaged with attendees, answering questions and sparking curiosity about meditation’s scientific foundations.
We are grateful to Brahma Kumaris France for this inspiring collaboration and for our continued partnership in advancing meditation science and practice.
