The All Here Meditation Lounge is All Here's signature space to experience Quantified Meditation™ and Silent Mind XR.

Using high-density EEG and advanced brain imaging technology, Quantified Meditation™ sessions capture real-time brain activity during meditation, giving participants insight into their practice through a personalized Quantified Meditation Report.

Silent Mind XR sessions bring meditation into extended reality, using immersive visuals, binaural audio, and real-time body reconstruction to guide participants toward calm, stability, and silence of mind.

Open to everyone, from first-time meditators to experienced practitioners.

Quantified Meditation™ and Silent Mind XR sessions are available on weekdays.

Tokyo is home to All Here's Quantified Meditation™ sessions in Japan, developed in collaboration with leading researchers, institutions, and meditation communities. Using high-density EEG and advanced brain imaging technology, sessions capture real-time brain activity during meditation, giving participants insight into their practice through a personalized Quantified Meditation Report.

Quantified Meditation™ Sessions are held in Tokyo about once a month. In addition, regular meditation sessions are held twice a week in collaboration with Tokyo Stillness. Details and registration for these sessions are available on our Meetup page.
