QUANTIFIED MEDITATION
Preparation Guidelines

We are pleased to welcome you to the Quantified Meditation Sessions
by All Here and World Meditation League. 

These sessions are a unique opportunity to observe and understand the brain’s performance during your meditation practice,
using advanced brain imaging technology and All Here’s Quantified Meditation approach.

1. Preparation

Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned meditator, simply come with an open mind and a willingness to engage. 


01 — How to Dress

Choose comfortable clothes that let you sit and breathe freely. Think soft, loose-fitting, and relaxed.

02 — Hair and Make-up

Clean hair and skin is essential – see below for preparation details. 

03 — Your Well-Being

Please don’t hesitate to let us know if you’re not feeling well — before or during your session.

2. Hair & Face Preparation

01 — Hair

Wash your hair the night before or on the day of your session with regular shampoo.

02 — Face

Wash your face in the morning with plain water or simple, residue-free cleanser.

03 — Please avoid

–  Conditioner, hair oils, styling products and dry shampoo
– Mineral filters sunscreens, thick moisturizers, foundation/powder, and aloe vera gel.

3. Why This Matters

01 — Hair

Clean hair and skin are essential for good electrode contact and accurate brain signal measurement.

02 — Products

Oils, hair products, and residue can block contact, leading to poor signal quality and unreliable data. 

This is a research study that requires precise measurements.
Your brain activity during meditation offers unique insights into the fundamental nature of human consciousness and self-awareness.
