2. Hair & Face Preparation
01 — Hair
Wash your hair the night before or on the day of your session with regular shampoo.
02 — Face
Wash your face in the morning with plain water or simple, residue-free cleanser.
03 — Cosmetics to avoid
Please avoid using the following: – Conditioner, hair oils, styling products and dry shampoo – Mineral filters sunscreens, thick moisturizers, foundation/powder, and aloe vera gel.

Oils, hair products, and residue can block contact, leading to poor signal quality and unreliable data.
