WELCOME
TO YOUR QUANTIFIED MEDITATION SESSION

Thank you for booking and for contributing to All Here's ongoing neuroscience research.
The All Here and World Meditation League team is delighted to welcome you.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
—How to prepare

Everything you need to prepare, understand,
and manage your Quantified Meditation session is gathered here.
Take a few minutes to review before your appointment.

Please arrive to your session on time. We try our best to stick to the schedule. However, as we have several participants joining us on the day, times might shift slightly.

We appreciate you wait patiently outside the room and avoid making noise or knocking on the door as this will disturb the ongoing meditation session.

If you arrive early, feel free to wait in the lounge space and we will come find you when we are ready to start your session.

Participation is offered free of charge. You’re welcome to make a donation to support our Research Foundation.

Your session is part of our on-going research.
