Our delegation- Dr. Chuong Ngo (Director of Meditation Research), Rodrigo ELIZALDE (Special Projects Manager), and Monika Stasytytė (Meditation Researcher) —attended the Summit to connect, share, and learn with others shaping the future of ethical leadership and human performance.

Meeting with Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar

We were delighted to meet the renowned humanitarian and spiritual leader of the Art of Living Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. His honesty, kindness, and warm presence left us inspired. In our conversation, we found a deep and shared understanding of meditation’s important role in today’s world, and a mutual commitment to inspiring people to embrace the practice.

We had the opportunity to introduce All Here sharing its mission and vision, and discussing our aligned goals. Looking ahead, we’re excited about our upcoming visit to The Art of Living’s headquarters in hashtag#Bangalore, where we will meet with senior practitioners and engage in meaningful knowledge exchanges , exploring the scientific foundation of meditation.

EEG Research with The Art of Living Practitioners

Our team conducted Quantified Meditation EEG recordings during the meditation practice of Art of Living senior meditation practitioners and teachers. These meditation sessions help us understand meditative states from a scientific perspective and supports our work developing benchmarks for Quantified Meditation.

These moments in Basel reinforced our belief that meditation can be both a deeply personal journey and a measurable discipline. Connecting with established traditions like The Art of Living offers valuable insight into how time-tested practices can inform performance-based approaches, bridging ancient wisdom with modern science.

Let’s continue to Inspire To Meditate with Science and Technology.
