In the quiet moments, when the world slows and the noise fades, there is a silent space — untouched and full of potential. This is the space we nurture at All Here. A space where meditation begins.
All Here invites you to step into a transformative journey, where the ancient tradition of meditation meets advanced science and technology.
At the heart of our practice is the development of the Silent Mind — the sensation of space within, devoid of external influence, where the noise of the world falls away and the chatter of the mind disappears. It is in this precious state of non-doing, where the practitioner reaches his essence, undistracted by the external world.
Deep engagement with this silence reduces fluctuations of consciousness, and cultivates a profound sense of inner-fulfilment. The resulting meditative state is both silent and energetic, which leads the meditator to a consolidation of attention, energy and emotional potential.
Meditation with the Silent Mind as the objective moves the practitioner's energy through transitions: first through a relaxed state, then highly attentive, leading to an alert and stable state of consciousness that is deeply engaged with silence.
In absence of distractions, the physical, mental and emotional potential absorbs into a highly consolidated state that becomes profoundly meditative and powerful. This non-distracted state leads to saturation and the eventual release of energy, expanding and energising the practitioner from within, even in the absence of external activity.
Across different traditions, this state of profound silence is known by many names. In Vedic Yogic practices, it is called Samadhi, the meditative absorption, and the silence of fluctuations of consciousness. In Buddhist teachings, it is known as Jhana, a deep concentration leading to transformative insight.
No matter the name, the essence remains the same — a mind stable and free of fluctuations, yet fully alert and deeply engaged in the experience of silence.
The Silent Mind training program follows a structured approach to developing stability and silence of mind.
Modern life fractures our attention. We are pulled in multiple directions at once — by external stimuli, by a stream of thoughts, and by shifting emotions that disturb the clarity of consciousness. Our attention rarely rests long enough on any one object to achieve real depth or stability.
The Silent Mind program is built on a single guiding principle: keep the mind continuously on a single focus. Sustained attention is not a fixed trait but a skill that can be trained. By practicing this kind of undivided attention, we strengthen the mind's ability to remain grounded and clear.
In the practice of meditation, this means selecting a single object and training attention to remain on it without interruption until there is no separation between meditator and object.
Our three-part meditation training program moves the mind's focus progressively toward that single object:
The body itself is the first object of meditation.
We begin by observing the breath and the breathing body. This practice is further deepened by developing a connection with your center of gravity, located in the lower part of the body, and strengthening self-attention and self-embodiment, which is key to integrating the mind and body.
Once the mind-body connection is established, our attention shifts to something subtler than the body and the breath: the air, and how it moves in and around the body.
This part of the practice focuses on following the air, feeling its presence and localizing where it is in the body. This is when the mind settles into stability.
This part introduces the subtlest object of meditation: emptiness.
Rather than directing your attention towards a tangible object, the practice is to meditate on emptiness, embody emptiness, and absorb yourself into it.
The Silent Mind meditation training program can be practiced in two ways: through the traditional approach and the Quantified Meditation (QM) Training approach. Rather than replacing one another, these two methods can develop different aspects of meditation and reinforce each other.
The traditional approach consists of sustained meditation sessions over extended periods of time, allowing practitioners to deepen their concentration and cultivate stable meditative states through continuous practice.
QM Training introduces a model based on short, highly focused meditation rounds separated by brief pauses. Rather than emphasizing the total duration of practice, QM Training prioritizes the quality and stability of attention in each round.
A typical QM session consists of a few three- to five-minute meditation rounds, separated by one-minute breaks. During each round, practitioners are encouraged to fully mobilize their attention, minimize distractions, and enter the deepest possible meditative state within a short period of time. The brief interval between rounds allows the body and mind to reset before beginning the next round with refreshed attention.
QM Training is particularly well-suited to beginners or to practitioners who find extended meditation challenging. In addition, QM Training serves as a complement to traditional long-form practice for experienced meditators.
