At the Collective Intelligence Research Laboratory, University of Tokyo, Prof. Ken Mogi will explore ways to enrich and broaden the benefits of meditation with insights from Ikigai, with evidence from neuroscience, cognitive science, and AI alignment. Prof. Takashi Ikegami will apply artificial life and dynamical systems approach to further understand the nature of the self at the core of the meditation experience.
