In August 2025, All Here Meditation researchers joined nearly 1,000 practitioners in silent meditation at Heartfulness Headquarters in Hyderabad. The session was guided by the esteemed Kamlesh D. Patel (Daaji), the leader of Heartfulness Organization and President of Shri Ram Chandra Mission.
The All Here Research team conducted EEG-based Quantified Meditation sessions to explore high-performance practices, working with seasoned practitioners from the Heartfulness Meditation tradition. These sessions fostered a serene environment, enabling deep meditative immersion.
Participants from different nationalities were eager to engage in this scientific study of brain activity, exploring deep meditation through Heartfulness’s giving, receiving, and cleaning practices.

Notably, Daaji and his team recently published research identifying gamma waves as a neural signature of Heartfulness meditation — showing how transmitting and receiving practices engage the brain’s highest frequencies. This insight opens new doors for scientifically validating heart-centered meditation.
Our time at Heartfulness headquarters marks a promising step forward — blending heart, tradition, and science to deepen our collective understanding of meditation.
