Dr. Chuong Ngo, Head of Meditation Research at All Here, presented pioneering findings on meditation and brain dynamics at the ANT Neuro Meeting 2025, held in Berlin on January 18. His talk highlighted how Alpha Suppression may be a key marker of deep meditative expertise, shedding light on previously conflicting research findings.
Attendees responded with enthusiasm – many expressed interest in our ongoing research and even asked about visiting our Meditation Lounge in Geneva to experience these practices firsthand.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to Frank Zanow for the invitation to share this research, and it was a privilege to engage in thoughtful discussions with Martijn Schreuder, Rumeysa Gunduz Can, PhD, Jurij Dreo, Bettina Habelt, Dietmar Benz, Roman Vakhrushev, and many others.
At All Here, we are harnessing evidence-based insights to deepen understanding of meditation and mental well-being.
