Cultivating the Art of Letting-Go — Un Moment de Lâcher-Prise, a Club Med x Bilan Evening
8 12月 2025

High performance and well-being were at the center of the conversation at Club Med x Bilan’s “Un moment de lâcher-prise” evening.

Peak performers—from wingsuit pilots to entrepreneurs— shared insights at the round-table on how letting-go is an essential skill in high-achieving careers.

All Here opened the evening with a short, guided meditation, offering attendees a hands-on introduction to the QM³ (Quantified Meditation 3) method. Rodrigo Elizalde led the session, demonstrating how just a few minutes of deliberate practice can shift mental state, sharpen attention, and foster mental stability.

Letting-Go—a trainable skill

The round-table featured three accomplished guests—champion snowboarder and wingsuit pilot Géraldine Fasnacht, TV host and entrepreneur Christa Rigozzi, and author Ashley Puckett— who shared strategies for managing stress, making decisions under uncertainty, and restoring balance after high-pressure days—reinforcing a simple truth: the harder you grip, the less you achieve.

The QM³ Difference

At All Here Meditation Institute, years of research with advanced practitioners show the power of disciplined, regular training.

QM³ is at the core of our practice: three continuous minutes of high-quality meditation provide a practical, repeatable exercise that can be done anytime, anywhere. This simple practice trains the mind to transition from noise to a stable, and ultimately, Silent Mind.

Thank you to Bilan’s Andrea Machalova for the invitation and to Bilan x Club Med for curating such a thoughtfully organized event—where connection and personal growth were not just welcomed, but truly facilitated.
