Geneva, Switzerland – 18 June 2025 – All Here has today opened the All Here Quantified Meditation Institute in Eaux-Vives, Geneva. It is where meditation meets science and technology.
All Here uses Electroencephalogram (EEG) technology and Brain Microstate Analysis to track how the mind regulates its thoughts, determining when the depth of meditation has been achieved.
The Institute opens ahead of the Geneva Meditation Challenge on Sunday 22 June 2025. It will be the first public event of the World Meditation League (WML), where participants will be able to assess their mental performance and receive a Quantified Meditation Report.
Founder Erkin Bek explains: “Meditation has helped people since ancient times. Today, we’re pioneering its integration with neuroscience and advanced technology to help people gain more control of their mental wellbeing. While over 240 million people use meditation apps, dropout rates remain high, often due to a lack of feedback and measurable progress. We firmly believe meditation is a journey, not a one-off activity. All Here bridges this gap by making meditation measurable, quantifiable and trackable, transforming an abstract journey towards mental clarity into objective progress you can follow.”
Transforming a Noisy Mind into a Silent Mind
All Here has pioneered Quantified Meditation, a data-driven approach that aligns the practice of meditation with neuroscience and advanced technology. Using EEG-guided brain-computer interfaces (BCI), All Here observes and quantifies key parameters such as focal attention, mind-wandering, self-awareness, and the self beyond bodily consciousness.
After each session, participants receive a personalized Quantified Meditation Report, which displays feedback of their brain activity, providing measurable insights into their meditation practice. The neuroscience team works with the participants, using the results to help them refine their practice in pursuit of the meditative state.
The All Here Quantified Meditation Institute is open to everyone, from first-time practitioners to experienced practitioners. Whether you’re seeking to reduce mental noise, deepen concentration, or explore the depth of your own silence, All Here provides a structured and inviting setting to support your journey.

Programmes and Experiences at All Here
1. Quantified Meditation Session
A meditation experience in which brain activity is recorded using high-density EEG technology and analyzed using All Here’s proprietary Silent Mind Index (SMI). This neuroscience-based metric is used by our team to objectively assess meditative states and produce a report for each participant. The results and insights from these personalized Quantified Meditation Reports support participants in honing their meditation practice.
2. XR Immersive Meditation Platform
All Here’s multi-stage XR Immersive Meditation Guidance system, developed in collaboration with Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Lausanne (EPFL), integrates
volumetric body reconstruction, haptic sensory devices, and Self-Attention Perspective (SAP) tools. This inward-looking, embodied XR meditation experience supports self-focused attention and progressively guides participants through the stages: Noisy Mind, Focal Mind, Stable Mind and Silent Mind.
3. Zenbu Koko XR Meditation Capsule
Zenbu Koko—meaning “All Here” in Japanese—is a mixed-reality (XR) meditation capsule developed by All Here in collaboration with renowned Japanese architect Kengo Kuma &
Associates. This portable architectural structure seamlessly integrates contemplative tradition with immersive innovation. The capsule incorporates All Here’s multi-stage XR Meditation Guidance system.
Unveiled at SIGGRAPH Asia 2024 in Tokyo, Zenbu Koko received acclaim for demonstrating how architecture and XR technology can converge to deepen meditative focus and self-awareness. With Zenbu Koko, All Here seeks to blend tranquility, silence of the mind, and cutting-edge technology.
4. World Meditation League
The World Meditation League (WML) is a global initiative founded by All Here, with the purpose of identifying impactful meditation practices with Quantified Meditation tools and developing scientifically established benchmarks.
The inaugural Geneva Meditation Challenge, taking place on 22 June 2025, will mark the first public showcase of WML. This unique in-person experience will offer participants the opportunity to meditate while their brain activity is recorded using advanced brain imaging technology. Each participant will receive a personalized Quantified Meditation Report, assessing levels of focal attention, mind-wandering and self-awareness.
Following the Geneva event, the Tokyo Meditation Challenge will take place on 2 October 2025. It will be held in collaboration with Ken Mogi, a neuroscientist, author and senior researcher at the University of Tokyo; Kengo Kuma & Associates; and Zen2.0 Japan, a leading meditation and mindfulness community platform based in Kamakura. This event will further unite expert meditators and leading researchers to advance the science of meditation.
