Last weekend we hosted our first Quantified Meditation Sessions in the United States.<\/span><\/p>\n

Advanced meditators from Soto Zen, Kriya Yoga, Mindfulness,\u00a0Theravada, and more joined us to have their practice\u00a0observed\u00a0and quantified\u00a0using All Here\u2019s neuroscience-driven\u00a0indexes.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nWhat\u00a0happened<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

– Three days\u00a0of\u00a0deep\u00a0meditation, real-time brainwave\u00a0visualization\u00a0and live explanations from our science team.<\/span>
\n– Engaging Q&A\u00a0\u2014 participants exchanged ideas with the All Here & WML<\/a> team about attention, self-awareness, and the neural dynamics of meditation.<\/span>
\n– Rich data\u00a0\u2014\u00a0we\u2019re\u00a0back in the lab analyzing the distinctive neural signatures\u00a0produced by\u00a0each\u00a0practice.<\/span><\/p>\n
