Please arrive to your session on time. We try our best to stick to the schedule. However, as we have several participants joining us on the day, times might shift slightly.<\/span><\/p>

We appreciate you wait patiently outside the room and avoid making noise or knocking on the door as this will disturb the ongoing meditation session.<\/span><\/p>
